Liz Bartram

Informative image: Liz BartramLiz is the receptionist at Marden, where she has been since 1983. Married to Geoff, she has three grown up children, and three lovely grandchildren. She also has two standard poodles, and a very crazy cat. When not working, she can be found in the fields, forest, or on the beach with the dogs.

Diane Clarke

Informative image: Diane ClarkeDiane has been with us since November 1992. She lives in Marden with her partner Christopher.  She enjoys running, reading, shopping and a curry a week is a must!  Through the 19 years of working at PSP, not only has she answered phones and help run reception, she has been known to hold animals, clean kennels and help the nurses no end.

Janette Baggs

Janette is the receptionist at our Headcorn branch since 2010.  Although she has had quite a menagerie of small pets in the past, she now provides full board and lodging for two rescue cats.  Janette's accidental hobby is breeding her tropical fish!

Jill Walter

Informative image: Jill WalterJill joined the practice in September 1999 as receptionist at the Staplehurst branch.  She is married with one son.  She and her husband are owned by a rescue cat named Charlie, have tropical fish and also walks a dog called George.  Her hobbies are reading and cross stitch but she is also an avid motorcycle racing fan.  She and her husband both own motorbikes and can often be seen riding around the countryside on matching 'his and her' machines!!

Sandra Cherry

Informative image: Sandra CherrySandra joined the practice in July 2000 as the receptionist at Tenterden. Her 3 collies are the love of her life and she spends all of her spare time training and competing at agility.  In August 2010 she took on a new role within the practice whilst still doing reception at Tenterden.  During April 2011 she became full time at Cranbrook in the accounts department.  Sandra misses all of her clients and four legged friends terribly.

Nina Brignell

Informative image: Nina BrignellShe is our accounts manager and has been at PSP for 16 years.  She was planning to retire but now works part time for us, 3 days a week.  Nina has a son, a daughter and three grandchildren who are the love of her life and bring her huge joy.  Her plans to travel are on hold but she is looking forward to planning a trip to Argentina this autumn to see an old friend who used to work at PSP a few years ago.

Sarah Petitpierre

She helps out whenever she is needed in the reception at Cranbrook, branch surgeries and she does a regular Saturday morning slot at Headcorn. She has been married since 2002 to Tony. Her hobbies include reading, walking and equestrian activities including three-day carriage driving trials where she rubs shoulders with the rich and famous.

Hilde Chapple

Informative image: Hilde ChappleHilde is a full time receptionist at Cranbrook and has been working here since October 2006.  Hilde is Norwegian and was born and brought up in Kristiansand which is the largest town in Norway. In 1980 she came to work in the UK for Torn EMI and met her husband Malcolm and has stayed in England ever since. They live on Frittenden and have two grown up daughters, Kristina and Annika. Her interests include playing tennis, reading and sailing.

Rhianna Sauvage

Rhianna joined the practice in August 2011. She Informative image: Rhii Sauvagehas been covering reception at all of the branches and helping out at Cranbrook. She recently finished college in June 2011 after completing her A-levels and successfully passing a NVQ level 3 in Theatrical Make-up.  Rhianna's current roll within PSP is covering staff's holiday at all of the branches as well as helping out at Cranbrook.  Rhianna usually works at Tenterden in the morning.  Rhianna currently has a long term boyfriend Phil and they have been together for just over a year.  Her hobbies include: cooking, shopping, make up, nights out with friends and going on long dog walks with her family.  She has a small Norwich Terrier Bazil who she got on her 10th birthday, however he is now blind and slightly deaf, but always greets her when she gets home from work.

Natalie Pullen

Natalie returned to PSP in September 2011 after a long time away and is working part-time at Cranbrook on reception. Natalie began nurse training at PSP in 1996 and then went on to qualify in London in 1998 where she stayed until very recently. She is married to Guy and they have two children together; Earle who is four and Tatum who is nearly one. They moved to Biddenden with their ancient dog Crispin in 2011 and are happily settling into country life with the addition of a stray cat and three chickens. Natalie enjoys family walks, baking biscuits with Earle and reading in her spare time.
