24 hour emergencies

At Pierson Stewart & Partners we are proud of the 24 hour emergency service we offer 365 days a year.

This service is run from our main hospital in Cranbrook.  A nurse is always on the end of the phone to answer your calls and a Vet is always on duty to attend to your emergency. This service is run by our own vets and nurses which we feel is important to you and your pet.

What to do in case of an emergency:

• Call 01580 713381
• Speak to the nurse, tell her what the problem is, your name, the animals name and your phone number
• The nurse will contact the vet and either the vet will call you to give advice and get more information or you will be called back to say bring your pet straight in to the hospital.

Things to note:

• If your animal has a serious emergency like being hit by a car, please make your way to the hospital but do remember to call us so the vet and nurse will be ready and is expecting you.
• The nurse and vet that is on duty works all day and as well as the night.  Please please call us only if you feel it is a genuine emergency or if you are really worried.
• Depending on the time of day or night you will be charged an out of hours emergency fee.  Please ask for our prices when calling
